We took our time packing up this morning for the move to Edisto Beach SP. The drive was only 51 miles and was uneventful, just like you want a drive to be!
Arrived at Edisto around 1130 and had lunch at McConkey's Jungle Shack, one of our favorite beach joints.
After lunch we got to our site and spent the afternoon setting up and yakking with other campers we've met in past years here. Also, got all the fishing gear ready for tomorrow.
Here's a pic of Site #37, our favorite as it has some shade. The beach is only 100 yds. away.
