Winter Excursion 9, Day 112 The Life of a Camp Host

It was cold last night with temps in the teens. We had a couple of faucets freeze up in the campground due to campers not dripping their faucets when asked to. Luckily none of them broke and we were able to thaw them out.  We will be glad when these freezing temps go away. Here's a pic of our pedestal this morning. I call it our "Ice Field"!

The campground is only half full so it's been a slow day.

The find of the day was this Trailer Jack Block.

The camper must have pulled out from their site with this jack block still holding the tongue jack as it dug a fairly deep hole in the site when they pulled out. I just hope it didn't bend their jack arm. These things cost almost $50! That's why mine are homemade!
