We had eight new campers arrive. I spent the morning getting their sites ready. Cath and I cleaned the bathhouse (it wasn't bad) and then relaxed almost all afternoon.
The highlight of the day was the Gyros we made for dinner. Thanks to a friend who pointed out the Gyro meat at Costco. We did the meat on the flattop, Cath made homemade tzatziki sauce and sliced everything up. The result was great, we have a new "go to" meal.
The find of the day is this awesome fire poker. I'm sure some camper is going to miss it, but it's new home is with the Boss Camper!
