Winter Excursion 7, Day 133 The Life of a Camp Host

Today was nowhere as busy as yesterday. Had a few leave and only two arriving. That gave me a chance to catch up cleaning sites from yesterday.

The weather remains chilly, but that makes working a lot more comfortable than that 80 degree stuff. With the cooler weather we are selling a lot of firewood.

The find of the day is this silver straw.

I'm thinking of melting it down to make a spoon, but with the price of silver going up I may just put it in a safety deposit box!

We are off for the next two days. Laundry and food shopping is in our future.
