Winter Excursion 8, Day 1

What a way to start Winter Excursion 8!
Woke up this morning to this sight out of the camper door at 0700.
Had a cup of coffee and got these pics of our house, front yard, and camper.

I drove into town, filled up the truck and headed back to the house. Cath was already packing the inside up and I started on the outside. By 1015 we were ready to head out. We still had snow on the ground, but the local roads were OK.
20 miles south we totally ran out of the snow, and temps climbed into the mid 30s. By the time we got to Rome, NY the sun was out.
We decided to take the Interstate (I90) to get to Schodack SP near Albany, NY. We had sun and clouds the whole way. We arrived at Schodack SP around 1400, it was like another world. LOL. More like we were back in the warm world.
Temps were still in the mid 30s, but no damn snow!
Took our time and spent the late afternoon setting up. We will be here for five days (Sunday).
Here's a few pics of the new site.

Sure beats this morning's pics. LOL
We got all set up, and after a fun Day 1 the Boss camp is all good! Except the truck and camper need to be washed! Damn! I thought I did that last week!
