Winter Excursion 1, Day 30

Day 30...three zero!!!! Hard to believe, but we are having a great time.
Got up this morning, had a quick breakfast and took the vizsla for a run at the beach. We went to Isle of Palms, just east of Mount Pleasant.  Kaylee had a great time, we did about 2 miles on the beach. The County Park is really nice. Here's a pic and a few videos:

Back at the house, I finished up Nicole's project. The Kiddos had a good afternoon and we loved being with them. Pulled pork and all the fixins' for dinner (thanks Nicole), a few showers, a show, and a snack, and the Kiddos were off to bed.
They have an "elf on a shelf" that Bri and Nicole move every evening after the Kiddos go to bed. It's the first thing they look for in the morning. Last night they had it on a zip line across the living room. Granddad had the idea to hang her on the ceiling fan.

Not sure how this elf placement will go over with Mom, time will tell. I'm either in the dog house again or will have another good dinner as we are BSing again tomorrow.

Off to bed, Cath is watching a Hallmark movie, and I can't abide the tears.
