Winter Excursion 3, Day 64

Cath and I packed up our stuff for a stay at the Kid's for the next few days. We got there early afternoon and played with the Kiddos.

We had Vietnamese takeout for dinner. After that we headed to a neighbor's for a New Years Eve Party. The Kiddos watched Home Alone (again) on the back porch with a pile of other Kiddos. The adults hung out in the house and ate and drank too much. It was a fun time.
We all got back to the house and tuned into the New Years festivities on TV. The Kiddos went to bed and we waited for Brian to get home. Brian got home and we watched the ball drop. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Here's our annual pic of Kaylee in the bathtub, she really hates the fireworks. It sounds like a war zone outside. She ended up staying there all night. She didn't come up to our room until 0800 New Year's Day.
