Winter Excursion 3, Day 79

After breakfast we went exploring. First stop was Magnolia Springs State Park. It is about 35 miles north of here. It is a very nice campground and park on a small lake. The springs are interesting and we even saw an alligator. If we every come back to this area we will stay there, the campground is really great!
Headed south to Claxton, GA. Stopped a the fruit cake bakery. It has been there since 1890. Of course we bought a fruitcake.
On the way back to camp we stopped a Walmart for a few things. Spent the late afternoon by the fire and relaxed.
Here's a few more pics of the drained lake we are camped on.

This is right behind our camper.
Had dinner, then a movie, and off to bed. Laundry day tomorrow.
