Winter Excursion 1, Day 4

Slept in a little this morning. Coffee at 0700. Farmers breakfast on the grill.  Showers after that.
Got a few things from the grocery store and then had a walk on the beach:

Fort Story has a long history.  It's been here here since the Revolutionary War.
Had a great walk on the beach, found a few shells, and the Viszula had a good run. Not quite the Pacific Ocean beaches, but it's nice.
Back at camp we had a good dinner.

Here at Ft Story there are two lighthouses. The one on the left was built in 1762.  I'd say it's been around for awhile!

Off to Ft Fisher tomorrow.  Will be a fun drive, RT17 all the way.
Early to bed tonight, driving day tomorrow.
