Winter Excursion 2, Day 13

We took a walk today to the Visitor's Center here at the park. We were rewarded with a view of Stone Mountain from the opposite side that we saw it on the Blue Mountain Parkway. Nice clear day, but it's cold. High to day was only 43.
Here's Cath by the fire with her 40 degree attire. I particularly like the hood.
A view of the sunset from camp.
One of the things we've noticed here is that no one follows the rules. Here's a few examples:
No alcohol. This rule is ignored by everyone, folks don't even try to hide it.
Gathering of firewood is not permitted. We have watched pickup loads of wood come into this place that folks have obliviously gathered in the park.
Pets must be on a leash. The dogs here are allowed to run wild.
Speed limit is 25 mph. This place is like a NASCAR race track and there is a lot of traffic with folks coming and going.
The above observations are an attempt at humor, but some of it is true.
One more day to KIDDOS!
