Woke up to a beautiful day, weather was perfect, 60 deg and climbed to 70, sunny and warm.
Had a nice lazy breakfast. Headed off to get propane and then back to camp.
We then went back to Gettysburg and dropped Cath off at the National Park museum and panorama. Kaylee and I took a big walk and a few hours later picked Cath back up. She really enjoyed all the exhibits and movies. We did the 24 mile drive tour of the battlefields and then headed back to camp in the afternoon.
On the road back to camp is the old Caledonia Iron Furnace. A lot of history here. Here's a pic of what's left of the furnace.
And here's the history plaque on the furnace.
Cath insisted she take this pic, I feel almost as old has the damn furnace.
Back at camp we had the last one of our Maine salmon for dinner, a fire afterward, and this great full moon. You can see some of the other camper's fire toward the bottom of the pic.
Tomorrow is a lazy day at camp and then off to Kristen's for dinner.
