Family Reunion Trip, Day 31

Started our travel day early. Left Bob and Maggie's at 0730. The weather was perfect again and we had a nice drive.
Here's a pic from the truck of Mt Adams snow-capped in the distance.
We avoided the Interstate and took Whites Pass from Yakima to Tacoma. We got to see some of our old campgrounds from 35 years ago when we were stationed at Ft Lewis. The area had really changed, everything is upgraded and modern. We passed Rimrock Lake, Dog Lake, and La WisWis campgrounds. All in the Natchez National Forest. We arrived at our campground at Ft Lewis around 1500.
Brian, Nicole, and the Kiddos arrived about 1800.
Here's the first pic of the crowd.
Check out that nut-case Wesley!
Here's the way the pic was supposed to look.
Thanks to Maggie we had a great Lasagna dinner. Everyone enjoyed it.
The kids had a blast and acted like crazies all evening. The adults had a few toddies and yakked until 2230. Kiddos finally went to sleep. We have 4 adults and three Kiddos in the camper...what a hoot! We will all sleep well tonight...maybe.
CTC count toady was 193, we just broke 2000!.
