Family Reunion Trip, Day 52

Got up this morning and was at Home Depot by 0715. The cover under the camper was starting to come down. Actually it was dragging on the road while we were traveling here. A couple of other campers told us about it. I got what I needed at the hardware store and had it repaired by 0830. It's better then new, they only had a few screws holding it up, but now there are plenty.
Took Cath to the laundromat (her favorite place...NOT!) and Kaylee and I went to wash the truck. Got this pic of a Ford Pickup on Main Street in Barstow. To bad it's blue, a brown one would have been more appropriate.
We spent the afternoon in the camper. Even with two ACs we can hardly keep up with these temps. 91 sounds hot, but it's cool in the camper compared to 123 outside.
Tomorrow is moving day, but we are not packing anything up until morning. If we are lucky it will only be 75-80 at 0600.
We are actually camped right on RT 66 here at the Marine Corps Logistics Base. We will be traveling RT 66 all day tomorrow to Kingman, AZ.
It is still hotter than HEXX here!😡😈💥👿
